Here is the agenda for the 8^th. If you would like anything added please let me know. Hope you had a great Christmas, and a safe New Years. It’s going to be exciting to be involved in this project.

The meeting will be in the Law Enforcement Center, 311 Miner Avenue, Ladysmith, WI. 54848, and will begin at 5:00pm.

1)      Election/Appointment of Chair and Vice Chair

2)      Focus

3)      Some information on lake types, some of that “detail” stuff that we should know

4)      The state of “Is” or what has happened, development wise, in the past ten years

5)      Setting of direction/priorities and work load

6)      Open discussion on the issues at hand

7)      Adjourn

You should plan on a longer meeting this time, we have a lot on our plate, this should be a good meeting.

Again, if you have any questions just give me a call. You will also find attached a letter I sent to all the villages and towns concerning our group.

It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this matter.

Requests from persons with disabilities who need assistance to participate in this meeting should be made to the County Clerk’s Office at 532-2100 with as much advance notice as possible.
